2016 Chardonnay, Livermore Valley, "the unoaked"

This Chardonnay fruit was hand picked from Tenuta Vineyard in Livermore Valley, and pressed directly to a stainless steel tank, where it underwent initial fermentation only. The wine was aged for 10 months in stainless steel until bottled.  The wine is crisp, bright and clean, with aromas of honeycrisp apples and honeydew melon and flavors of crisp pear, nectarine and kiwi.
